How do I open a GO2bank account?
Opening a GO2bank account is fast and easy. Follow the card activation steps provided with your GO2bank debit card to open your account or visit GO2bank.com/start If you no longer have a debit card, you can open an account at GO2bank.com and we will mail your new GO2bank debit card to you.

If I received more than one GO2bank debit card in the mail, which card should I activate?
If you received more than one GO2bank debit card in the mail, you only need to activate one of those cards to open a new GO2bank account.
Follow the instructions provided with that card to activate your debit card and start using your GO2bank account. The account number associated with the card you activate is specific to each card, please make sure to use the account and routing numbers associated with the card you activate when setting up direct deposit to your GO2bank account.
You can then simply destroy the additional GO2bank debit card as that card has no value and is not active. The additional card was sent to ensure you did not miss out on the opportunity to transition to GO2bank.
How do I set up direct deposit with GO2bank?
Setting up direct deposit with GO2bank is easy! The card carrier you received in the mail with your GO2bank debit card has your GO2bank account number and routing number.
- Give this account information to your benefits or payroll provider to set up direct deposit to your account.
- You should start receiving direct deposits within 1-2 pay cycles.
