How can I be sure the deposit was made?

  1. Review your Transaction History to check for your deposit.
  2. Set up the “Direct deposit posted” notification. We’ll automatically notify you any time a direct deposit is received. Carrier message and data rates apply.

Note: Your payor will usually provide a payment stub or notice to let you know the amount of the payment deposited to your account.
