Q: What is VantageScore® powered by Equifax?

VantageScore ® is a credit score that was developed by the three national credit reporting companies — Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. The VantageScore 3.0 model evaluates your payment history, the amount you owe, the length of your credit history, and other factors to determine your score on a scale of 300-850. However, be aware that lenders use many different scoring systems with various scales to determine your creditworthiness and what terms they will ultimately offer.
