How do I close my GO2bank Secured Credit Card?
Call GO2bank Customer Support at (855) 459-1334 to close your account. If you pay your secured credit card balance in full when closing your account, the security deposit is completely refundable. Any security deposit balance remaining after pending transactions clear, less any outstanding balance and interest and/or fee charges, will be transferred directly to your GO2bank account balance. If your GO2bank account is locked, your remaining balance can be refunded via a check and mailed to the address on file. It may take to up to 60 calendar days to process your refund.
