How do I correct an error in GO2bank reporting to the credit bureaus?

If you believe that we have furnished any inaccurate information relating to your account to any consumer reporting agency, notify us in writing at GO2bank, Attn: SCC Disputes, P.O. Box 9, West Chester, OH 45071. To help us respond to your notification, include your last 4 digits of your credit card account number, the name of the consumer reporting agency reflecting the inaccurate information, and an explanation of why you believe the information is inaccurate. You can also work directly with the three major credit bureaus to correct an error in reporting.
