How do I report my GO2bank Secured Credit Card lost or stolen?

You can report your GO2bank Secured Credit Card lost or stolen and request a replacement card in the GO2bank app, or by calling Customer Care at (855) 459-1334.

When you report your card lost or stolen it is immediately deactivated for your protection.

You will receive your new GO2bank Secured Credit Card in 7-10 days.
