How can we help?

I haven’t spent to my GO2bank Secured Credit Card credit limit, but my statement shows that I’m now over my credit limit? What happened?

Your monthly statement reflects interest charges and any applicable fees which may push you over your credit limit. In this case, your minimum payment due will include any balance over the credit limit.
