What does it mean if my GO2bank Secured Credit Card account is flagged as delinquent or past due?
We will begin to report your account as delinquent once your minimum payment is 30 consecutive days past due, and will continue to report your account as past due until your minimum payment due is fully paid. Your account will be blocked from making any purchases if your minimum payment is 90 consecutive days past due.
GO2bank will initiate the closing of your account if your minimum payment is 180 consecutive days past due. GO2bank will begin the refund process for any remaining security deposit balance after pending transactions clear and less any outstanding balance and interest charges and (or) fees. It may take up to 60 days to process your refund after the account is closed, which will be refunded to your GO2bank account or a check will be mailed to the address on file if your GO2bank account is unavaliable.
