How do I dispute a transaction?
If you notice charges on your GO2bank Secured Credit Card account that you don’t recognize, often it can be because the merchant you made the purchase from has a different business name. You can do a search online for a merchant to get more information about how they display their service in transaction statements. Or, you might recognize the transaction by the transaction amount and date to help validate the charge. If you believe you have unauthorized charges on your account, call (855) 459-1334 or write in to GO2bank, Attn: SCC Disputes, P.O. Box 9, West Chester, OH 45071 to file a dispute. Please refer to your GO2bank Secured Credit Cardholder Agreement & Security Agreement for details.
