How do I activate the card I got in the mail?

You can activate your debit card by logging in to your account at GO2bank.com or the app and following the prompts. You’ll be asked to create a PIN and provide some info so we can verify your identity, including:

– Last 4 digits of your debit card number

– Expiration date

– 3-digit security code (found on the back of your card)

– Last 4 digits of your Social Security number

We’re required to collect this information in accordance with The USA PATRIOT Act — a Federal law that requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies anyone who successfully opens an account with us.

If you received a debit card offer by mail, you can activate at: (855) 449-0703
You’ll need to activate your card and add money to your account before you can start using it.
