How do I cash a check with the GO2bank app?

You can deposit checks directly to your GO2bank account by taking a photo with the GO2bank app.

  1. Log in to the app.
  2. Tap “Deposit & Pay" in the app footer and select “Cash a check”.
  3. Tap the camera icons to snap a picture of each side of your signed check.

    TIP: Center check on a dark surface, provide ample light and align the check with the guides.

  4. After you take a picture of your check, enter the amount and confirm that it’s accurate and tap “Next” to choose when you want to receive your money.
  5. Confirm your check details, then submit for review.

Please note: Ingo Money check cashing service is not available within the state of New York. If you are physically located within the border of the state of New York when you try to access the service, you will receive an error message and will be unable to use the service.
