My barcode didn’t work at the store. What happened?
You should check a few things:
Always check the expiration time underneath your barcode before you use it. If it is expired, you will need to create a new barcode.
You can only generate and use one barcode at a time, so try to use your barcode before you generate another one.
If your account has reached the cash deposit limits, you will not be able to use this service until the limits reset.
If the barcode still does not work, contact our Customer Support team for additional support.
