My barcode didn’t work at the store. What happened?

You should check a few things:

  • Always check the expiration time underneath your barcode before you use it. If it is expired, you will need to create a new barcode.
  • You can only generate and use one barcode at a time, so try to use your barcode before you generate another one.
  • If your account has reached the cash deposit limits, you will not be able to use this service until the limits reset.
  • If the barcode still does not work, contact our Customer Support team for additional support.
