What happens if I verify that a transaction is NOT fraud, and my GO2bank debit card is restricted?

First, tell us that you want to allow the transaction by responding “Yes” to the text alert. Once you verify the transaction is legitimate, the transaction will automatically be unrestricted and you will receive a verification text indicating that you can proceed. If your debit card remains restricted, call the number on the back of your card.
