How can we help?
How is a chip-enabled debit card more secure?
The chip adds another level of security to your GO2bank transactions by requiring your chip-enabled card to produce a code that is used to validate the transaction. In other words, your transaction at a retail terminal prevents use of counterfeit cards. The chip itself makes the information on your card more difficult to steal – defending your account more prominently from fraudulent activity.
