How do I opt out of future mailings from GO2bank?

If you were specially selected to receive a GO2bank offer in the mail and would no longer like to receive future mailings from GO2bank or other products serviced by Green Dot Corporation, you can opt out here. You can also send a request with your name and address to GO2bank, P.O. Box 1070, West Chester, OH 45071.

We sent you an offer because you’ve used one of our banking products in the past OR you opted in to receive marketing from one of our trusted third-party partners. If you do not want the card, simply destroy it as the card has no value and no account was opened, no credit check was performed, no one filled out an application on your behalf and no account was opened in your name. If you would like to keep your card, you can learn more about us and activate your card by following the simple instructions that came in your card mailer.

Online access, mobile number verification (via text message) and identity verification (including SSN) are required to open and use your account.
