Early direct deposit availability depends on the timing of your payor’s payment instructions. Fraud prevention restrictions may also apply. As a result, the availability or timing of early direct deposit may vary from pay period to pay period. If you haven’t received a direct deposit that you are expecting, that means we haven’t received the payment instructions from your employer or benefits provider.
Here are some steps you can take:
If you are concerned about the status of your direct deposit, make sure the name and Social Security number on file with your employer match what’s on your GO2bank account to prevent fraud restrictions on the account.
If you still need help with tracking a payroll direct deposit, follow these steps:
1. Contact your employer to verify that the direct deposit was sent. If so, ask them for the TRACE # of your direct deposit transaction.
2. Once you have the TRACE #, call GO2bank Customer Support at (855) 459-1334 and they will investigate the status of the transaction.
If you enrolled in direct deposit for federal benefits, you should contact the agency that administers your benefit for status of your direct deposit.
