Why do some eGift Cards in my wallet show an incorrect balance?
Balances are only refreshed when you ask us to, so if you know the value isn’t right – just press the refresh balance icon, if available, and we’ll check-in with the merchant to make sure it’s up to date (up to 3 times per eGift Card)! Remember, not all merchants support balance refreshes in the app, but you can visit the merchant’s website or store to find the current balance on your eGift Card.
