Can I still access my funds if my card is reported lost or stolen?
Yes, when you report your card lost or stolen you will see an option to pick up cash from your account at Walmart. Look for the "Get cash now?" button and follow the simple instructions to create a cash pick up barcode to take to Walmart to pick up your cash. $3 retail service fee applies.
After you report your card lost or stolen, you can continue to access available funds from your account while you wait for your replacement card to arrive.
1. Log in to your account and go to the "Manage cards" section found under "Settings" on GO2bank.com or in "Menu" in the GO2bank app.
2. Select "Track/activate card" and then click or tap the "Get cash now?" button.
3. From there, follow the simple steps to generate a time-sensitive barcode that you can take along with your valid government-issued ID to Walmart to pick up your cash.
