How do I dispute a transaction?

If you notice charges on your GO2bank account that you don’t recognize, often it is because the merchant name sent to us with the transaction doesn't always match the name they use to consumers. Often you can do a search online for a merchant you don’t recognize to get more information about that merchant and how they display their service in transaction statements. Or, you might recognize the transaction by the transaction amount and date to help validate the charge. If you believe you have unauthorized charges on your account, call (855) 459-1334 to file a dispute.
