How do I get an account statement?

You can access your monthly account statements in the GO2bank app or on GO2bank.com by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to your GO2bank account.
  2. Go to the “Document center” found in the “Menu” on the GO2bank app or under “Settings” on GO2bank.com.
  3. Select the type of account statements you want to see and then the monthly statement you want to view.

GO2bank will also email you when your monthly statement is available online. GO2bank does not mail monthly statements.
