How do I access my virtual debit card when my physical debit card is on the way?

You can access your virtual debit card in the GO2bank app:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Tap “Menu”, then “Account”, then “Manage cards”.
  3. Tap the card you want to get your virtual card information for.
  4. Slide the “Show card info” toggle to on to see your virtual card number, expiration and CVV.

You can access your virtual debit card for 15 days after opening your account or until you activate your physical debit card, whichever happens first. Note, you'll be prompted in the app to set up a PIN for your debit card before you can see your virtual debit card info.
